1. Scope of Agreement

By placing a reservation with AVENOR via https://avenor.fun, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. AVENOR provides executive car rental, private chauffeur hire, and airport transfer services across Greater London and nationwide UK routes.

2. Cancellations & Amendments

Reservations may be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time without charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled pickup may incur a standard fee to cover driver dispatch allocation.

3. Payment Terms

Clients may choose between "Pay Online" (via credit/debit card processing) or "Pay in Car" (contactless or cash paid directly to the driver upon pickup). Rates quoted during booking are inclusive of driver services, fuel, and standard waiting time.

4. Waiting Time & Flight Delays

For airport pickups, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included from the actual flight touch-down time (tracked via live flight radar). For standard address pickups, 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included.

5. Vehicle Conduct

Smoking and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside all AVENOR vehicles. Passengers are expected to treat vehicles and chauffeurs with respect.
